I’m installing CPP LCAs in my 71 Chevelle
The control arm bushings in the arms are Duralene (D-Spec) bushings.
CPP boasts these are “Self-lubricated and able to withstand temps up to 400 degrees”

The instructions don’t say anything about lubricating the bushings during install.
I feel the need to put some type of grease on them, but I don’t want to use anything that will attack the bushing.
Any helpful input would be great.
Thanks!

well if they're really Duralene, you should be fine, but I can't see anyone using actual duralene for a control arm bushing. It's a low density poly ethylene plastic that's most commonly used for prosthetics so they have some give and flex to them, though pretty much all poly-ethylene plastics are self lubricating, and a normal synthetic grease shouldn't harm them at all, they're actually quite chemically resistant.
