I stumbled onto an ls1 out of a gto with a supercharger for a hell of a price....5k...he is switching to a 427 lsx. It is in a shop that does dyno tuning here in town and the owner of the shop pulled his dyno session chart up....460 horse @ rear tires, with an auto! Think I may jump on this..

Sounds like an awesome deal. I am shopping for deals while I look for the right car. I have a parts list and I am watching eBay and craigslist to pick up the parts I want over time and I just watch for the best deals I can. So far, I have scored a full C6 Vette brake setup that nobody else bid on. I also bought a lot that included some LS1 parts that I have since flipped for a small profit that I will reinvest in parts that I really want. Post up some pics if you make the score.
