Hey Forum! First i wanna rep this forum. ive been getting some great advice off of here and everyone seem very knowledgeable and helpful so i just wanted to say thank you!
Alright now getting down to the business.
My 69 camaro is starting to get some good power behind it! (i havnt dynod it yet) my goal has been to keep up with vipers. however i believe im only as strong as my weakest link, and that would be the rawness of my lack of modern upgrades. (been spending too much time/money on the engine)
So far i have:
Stock 2 point seat belts.
No pb or ps.
Brakes are decent. (not horrible..but not great)
Air shocks. (hate those sogs lol)
Im looking to upgrade to this:
Rallye 4 ASM
Unisteer GM 600 Power Steering Kit
Wilwoods PB and also big brake kit. (not sure which one)
DSE QUADRALINK KIT 041703 (also does anyone recommend a rear axle)
DSE Speed Kit 2 031302
So heres my plan so far. Im open to cheaper options lol. Let me know what you think.
(btw after i finish these upgrades [depending on total cost and how much money i have at the time] im considering doing a ls3 swap with a T56..so if that helps with knowing what ill need to handle that)
