Im looking to buy new Tie rods, idle arm and center link. most of the kits I see also include ball joints and control arm bushings. I dont need those. any kits or brands you recommend? I was looking at the hotchkis kit http://www.hotchkis.net/6869_camaro68_firebird_premium_steering_rebuild_ki t.html . worth the money or is there any other? thank you.

I'm about to purchase center link & tie rods. I'll be purchasing Napa's NPC (Napa Chassis Parts) line. Not sure how "high tech" you can get on these parts.

Note that a '68 Camaro kit won't include a center link. There are no joints on it to wear.

Yea, you're right, stock parts will work here. My front end rebuild kit I got from performance suspension had federal mogul inner and outer tie rods and idler arm. Your center link can be reused, I beadblasted my center link and repainted it. I'll just pick up an pitman arm from my local napa.
