Need experienced shop for sorting 69 camaro in SoCal

Just bought a 69 camaro with a built 383 that definitely needs sorting out. Anyone recommend a shop? I live in the valley but would drive a little bit to find someone good and reasonable...

Basically the car is running very rich (based on my limited experience with these things) but the plugs are black and the car smells like gas so that would be my assumption. I need someone to tune the car. Not sure if it's the carb jetting, the choke, etc... I'm sure the timing is off as well. Additionally, I need someone to go over the car and make sure there are no other issues.

the do my 69 Fastback, 2008 STI and when I finish my 1968 LQ9 T56 Magnacharger swap, they will go over it to double check my work.

I'm a regular at Supercar. I had the murdered out, supercharged, black lotus Exige for a few years before selling it to buy the camaro.

I've had the RS out a few times to the meet. It's the white 69 with orange stripes and baby seats in the back. ;)

I was at Valley Pacific today, is that your 69 Camaro?
My 68 is there. They are putting in an Eaton Posi unit and then going over my whole car since I did the Ls1-t56-magnacharger swap.......
