ok i've seached and cant find a step/by/step instructions on what i need to do this. i have 2 options in mind.
A. ls1 fronts and rears
B. s10 fronts and rears
i know that the ls1's will be better but i have a complete s10 junked out that has everything i would need. excepts brackets of course.
so my question is how much will both cost and will the booster and master cylinder work from the s10?

and i would rather have the ls1's if i can find out EXACTLY what i need or a company i can buy a kit from. this is my daily and does not have to be a racecar. i'm only replacing because dics look better and the drums are getting old.

Best bet may be to get a set of stock used disc brakes. Get the '69 type that uses the D52 calipers. Check classifieds here are elsewhere for a take off set. Many folks are upgrading and you should be able to get the spindles, brackets, rotors/hubs, and calipers for a decent price.

Can use the stock drum/drum master and booster with them. Be sure to remove the residual pressure check from behind the seat on the disk side of the M/C.

Many moons ago I grabbed a set from a '70 (IIRC) GTO that was wreaked. It all bolted right on and provided 11" x 1" disks with lots of stopping power.
