The month of April is Autism Awareness Month, and to do our part to help, for the month of April, DriverzInc is going to donate $1 of every sale this month to the Talk About Curing Autism foundation which directly helps families that are dealing with Autism. It is a non-profit orgaization, that we my wife and I have personally worked with in the past, and all the money goes directly to the families in need, and not into anyone's personal pockets. (http://www.talkaboutcuringautism.org/index.htm)

For those of you who do not know anything about Autism, it is an epidemic that now effects 1 in every 91 children born today. And that is just those that have been tested, and diagnosed. The number is too great to ignore, and we need to as a society start doing something about it.

For more information about Autism, you can visit the following sites, or call my office and I can forward you more information.

Thank you for all your support.

I think it's great what you are doing. I have 2 boys that are Autistic. I encourage everyone to learn about Autism. Very likely you all know someone effected.

The statistics are just too great, and I can't tell you how many children and families my wife has worked with directly (she works in the field, specifically), and over the past 6 years, I've volunteered weekends at picnics, etc., to try and help, but I've always wanted to do more, and this one way I can.

Thanks to all of those that are helping to support the cause, and are raising the level of awareness.

That is great what you are doing Jon! I have a 9 year old son who is autistic. He is on the moderate scale and is mainstreamed in school. He is lucky because he received help starting around 3. I wouldn't think of having Scott any other way, he has taught me more than I have taught him!

Right on bud. My wife works in early intervention as well, and its a huge help if you can get a diagnosis early. It sounds like you guys did that, awesome!
