for my turbocharged 383, I installed water injectors on the new pro-flo intake manifold:
8x 0.75 gal/h, with 4mm nylon pipe.

there will be the possibility to add a 5gal/h and a 10 in the SS piping upstream the throttle body.

I choose inside mont nozzles because of the price difference with the outside mount.

I have a couple thoughts. the workmanship looks great but one of my concerns is that the nozzle is sticking in the runner disrupting airflow.

I don't think this will be a problem with the turbocharger.
The injector inside bosses have the same effect and I was advised not to touch them.

Nice work..it looks good as well and it will be a lot lighter than an A/A or A/W inter cooler. Plus you'll get more boost without the extra inter cooling pipe work..

Is your's part of the AIS kit or the Snow kit?

I got the outside mount's and just tapped them into my intake pipe 2mm walls.

Did you get Pre turbo injectors? They can dramatically lower the temperature at the source of the heat, give you a few Psi in boost and spool quicker... I'm using them on my Prochargers although I'm not worried about spooling.

Just tapped them into the bell mouths....

I did not buy a complete kit.
I bought the pump from one of my friends, I bought the nozzles from devilsown.
the elbows and quickcoupling tubes were bought in France in a local shop (I preferred to have the pipes in mm rather then Inches, it will be easier to find spare parts.
And I machined the water manifold myself.

I read that pre-turbo nozzles are not advised because of the high speed of the blades. As the speed is lower with superchargers, it is possible without erosion.
