Here's a perfect example why I won't let my wife drive my baby...

I know there are a few "Mary Pozzi's" out there... but my wife isn't one of them... :drive2:
It'll be difficult enough for me to drive much less someone that's not used to driving a powerful car! :seizure:
BAD MOVE!!!

I just don't get it the g-forces are pulling you away from the accelerator what is difficult about taking your foot off the accelerator, pushing in the clutch and applying pressure to the brakes. He doesn't need less trust, she needs driving lessons.
I prefer a night or 2 in the dog house vs several days in the shop fixing her oops.

The woman driver type jokes always remind me of the Harry Enfield sketches.

I like my wife best. I told her I put her name on my Camaro insurance in case something happens to me when we're out in it . She told me not a chance. The way you are with this car I was afraid to drive it before it was fixed. Gave me a warm feeling all over . Then my youngest daughter said put my name I'll drive it. NO WAY! I feel like I need a 5 point harness when she drive her Rav 4!

FEAR does some really weird things to your body... It can lock everything up... mind and body! :drive2:
It reminds of when I was a kid learning to ride a bike for the first time. We were too cool to use training wheels. My dad said we didn't need them to learn how to ride!
I was living in Kansas City, Kansas. We had a big back yard with a nice slope towards the house. My dad gave me all kinds of instructions of how to pedal, how to coast, how to keep my balance, and finally, and most importantly, how to apply the brakes... On my first try he ran with me for a good ways holding on to the back of my banana seat. I was wobbling a little but staying pretty straight... Then he let go, I was picking up some speed and I was pedaling away... He started hollering something to me about putting on the brakes... I really don't know because all I could see was the back wall of our house coming at me REALLY fast!! I completely locked up and did nothing to slow my momentum and took on the back wall at FULL tilt! A big knot on my head, a totaled front rim, all kinds of bruises and cuts... We decided to stick to flat ground until I got the hang of it a little more...
So, I can see how she probably freaked out, panic set in, and she probably tensed up and did nothing to correct the inevitable...
So, I can definately empathize with her!!
