Go to a track day and ask people? There's usually a bunch of guys with Kirkeys there and most people are happy to show off their stuff. The Kirkey measuring system for seat sizing is pretty accurate. The seats are a lot more comfortable than you'd think by just looking at them. Positioning is important since they're usually bolted solidly in place. Once properly positioned and mounted with the padding installed they're surprisingly comfortable. I have a 14" drivers seat (5'6" 140 lbs) and 16" passengers seat for average size guys to ride shotgun. I'm in So FL or I'd let ya try mine.
Joe at Delaware Chassisworks sells them and might know of customers in your area that have installed them. http://www.delawarechassisworks.net/about_us.html Joe also owns the E.C.T.A. and can probably answer any questions you might have about proper mounting etc. to comply with tech regulations for varius sanctioning bodies.

Sounds like you'll have a nice dependable track car. Are you putting in a rollbar or a full cage? Depending on your height and whether you'll have a full cage with a diagnal across the ceiling you may need to check your helmet clearance. Those 47 style seats are easier to live with on the street than the containment seats. I went for a ride along in a car with Kirkeys like those and they were good. Not positive they were the 47s but they looked just like the ones on Kirkeys site now.
If they had the 45's when I bought mine they would have been a better option for me than the NASCAR style 63's I have(plus a lot less $$$). I had to modify the 63's a lot. It's a lot easier to put the seats and rollover protection in a 1st gen than a 2nd because the roof is wider and the sides are straighter up so you have more room to work with in the shoulder and head area.
I don't know how much you searched the old forum posts but I wrote a thread when I installed my cage/seats/harnesses/fire systems here https://www.pro-touring.com/forum/showthread.php?t=48151 that might provide some usefull info.

Yes, I have rear your thread on the cage & fire system install. As I said, I have been following your car's build. I like your attitude on car construction.
I will be installing a 6 point roll bar as the car is more a street toy than race car. No back seat or at least no access to a back seat. I don't think you should have anyone in a back seat with a roll bar or cage. The roll bar will be from either from S & W Race Cars (local to me) or by Dan Lipperini of Race Labz (He built the cars for his brother, Joel Lipperini a 4 time SCCA Champ) Joel drives in the Cannonball One Lap for a friend of mine and has offered driving lessons when the car is completed. His shop is in Pittston, PA, near Poccono Raceway.

Nice that you'll have Joel to give instruction on track! Pocono being close should be great. They have a couple different configurations they use there.
I went there once to run at the XV Motorsports event a couple years ago but it was pouring out and I didn't have rain tires so I didn't even take my car out of the trailer. There was 6" of standing water on the track in some sections which made for pretty slow going for those who ran their cars. With the tires I had on my car I would have put myself and others at risk so I chose to loose my entry fees rather than put anyone at risk. It was a tough decision after plunking down 500 bucks in advance and then spending money for travel, food and lodging just to watch the other guys go around. LOL
Maybe you can stop in at a track rental day there and talk to some guys about seats. (bring a helmet, maybe sign a waiver and get a ride) There's usually no admission for spectators and you can just walk through the pit area. The PDA SCDA NASA all run events there as well as the Porsche, BMW and other groups.
