Project pictures for PHR or CC

I swear I read in one of the last issues of PHR that they were looking for project pictures. I have looked through my last few issues and can't find it anywhere. Then I thought maybe it was Car Craft so I looked through those and couldn't find it anywhere. Does anyone know what I am talking about and where to find it?:screwy:

It's PHR for the Reader's Projects contest. I'll try to find more information for you.
