Not on an A body. The upper ball joint will go into bind. If they were 2" drop non tall spindles yes; but all tall spindles (ATS, Fatman, L&H, DSE, Alston, etc) will require aftermarket upper control arms.

Honestly? Go to Marcus at SC&C or Blake at Speedtech. Both are sponsors here.

SC&C sells the SPC arms with better bushings and Mark is a good source of information. It's worthwhile giving him a call.
Tito is correct...the oem arms will bind the balljoints at full extension with a taller spindle. In addition to the spindles mentioned above, the RideTech StrongArms have been specifically designed to optimize the ball joint angles using the taller spindles. You can use Shockwaves or coilovers with them. http://www.ridetech.com/shop/index.php?dispatch=categories.view&category_id=1898&subcats=Y&features_hash=V40
Scroll down past the complete systems to see the StrongArm components. Lots of video and other info on this site as well.
