Asking this question here because we all have a familiar style, our common bond of Pro Touring. So I value the opinions and peoples style.

Looking at a new truck Dodge 3500 (big diesel). Have a existing Dodge and can get a screaming deal. Had all brands, thats not the discussion. All my trucks are lifted with huge tires and then body wrapped for advertising purposes. Kind of sick of it, been doing it for years but it works from a advertising point of view, every body looks at the 'pimp' truck. Also tired of not really having functional winter tires on a truck I do lots of winter driving in, snow tires do not come in huge sizes. There's the back ground...

Do ya think I can lower it and have it look cool and be functional? Functional being, still haul a car trailer, still carry a sled (snowmobile) in the box? I'm not into the low rider truck thing. Is that all it would look like? It is a huge truck. I've ton a little searching online did not find many examples. Would doing it right be a huge expense, Air Ride or some thing similar?

Thoughts? Any other ideas how to make a truck stand out? My body wraps are pretty crazy to start with, maybe that and some dope wheels would be enough? When I look at my truck all lifted, with huge boots beside the same stock truck, it works, it stands out. Maybe I have to stick with it because it does work?

Thanks for your time!

don't lower it if it's a long bed. IMO long bed's lowered look horrible...

If it's a standard size bed, you can get away with a nice set of 22's, 24's or 26's. Just do a 2" hanger kit and even out the rear of the truck. Now the snow thing i have no idea since the only snow down here is colombian , so as far as tires go I am no help. I just need good wet traction one's.

I've seen a few Dually's around here stock height but with TSL Thornbird Super Swampers. They look badasz imo.

Now I have towed using a std cab dodge ram, slammed with hydraulics in the front and airbags in the rear with no issues. So lowering if done right, won't eliminate the towing aspect.
