hey Kyle, welcome! I'm in Easton, work in breinigsville up the road from KU. would love to see your Dad's goat sometime.
don't feel bad about the saturn, I've had a few of them (hence my screen name. if it's a '92 twin cam, at least you have the factory header, and they handle real well. if you have the single cam, well, not much you can do w/ 85hp. it's still a good DD :)

I saw your blog, neat collection. I'd stay away from 'big' plans for your saturn. many have tried, spent LOADS of cash, and failed to make a good boosted saturn. but they DO handle well, great autocrossers.
if you haven't already, check out www.differentracing.com (http://www.differentracing.com) (Mike and his brother know everythign about saturns and are very helpful) and www.saturnfans.com (http://www.saturnfans.com) .
BTW, I have a rusted, but complete rear disc setup from a '94 SC2. some PB blaster and new rotors and calipers you'd be good to go. I'd let it go REAL cheap if you're interested.
oh yeah, do a manual swap on the saturn. Mike can help you w/ that also. they were the first to do it.

Well, the boost/forged part is down down the road. i just want coilovers and a nice set of wheels. manual swap is in the works this summer..i have it pretty much set to go..and ill eventually be swapping to rear discs too..so, ill definitely keep you in mind. and im on www.sixthsphere.com a lot. and I've checked out different racing and turbosaturns.net.
