Baffle in modified LS1 oil pan????

Anybody on here with modified LS1 oil pans (for use in 1st gen camaro/firebirds) are you using any type of baffle? Or none at all? Is anything needed for more of a street driver?

I'm running one in my 65 cutlass. I have about 10 k street miles thus far no issues yet no baffle.

I have a modified LS1 pan currently without a baffle. The pick up tube is picking up oil from the back of the pan (not the front like stock LS1 pick up). Any other thought from anybody?
