Hi all,
I might be able to score a set of 335/30-18 cheap, does anyone know if they will fit on a 1968 Chevelle coupe with stock wheelhouses?
thank you!

not going to happen. if you run the rear really high and have the tires stick out a little you could, but why? 305's are tight on mine at a slammed height. im going to clearance the frame for a 315. my tubs are already done though.

The back spacing or dimensions of the rim wasn't mentioned either........

Thanks Guys!
I'll leave them where they are then and get some 305s or 315s then, Tim, what height are your 305s? (30,35 or 40?) what massaging is needed for 315s?
as for the rims I'm using BMW M3 rims.
I have the rear M3 rims up front on the Chevelle, they are 18x9,5". Then I have the front M3 rims in the rear, they are 18x8" and will be widened 3" outward to 18x11"
thanks again

i have mocked up a 305/35/20 and may run a 315/35/20. the 305's are very tight at my ride height (you can see in the build thread), and if moved in enough to clear the quarter, a 315 would hit the frame at the front and rear of the tire (center above axle clears). i couldnt tell you on the wheel house though, since i cut mine out and made my own tubs. i would stick with the 305 and call it done.

I run a 305/35-18 on a 10" wide wheel with 5.75' b/s and no issues inside or out...stock wheelwells and moulding in place.
