69 camaro convertible cocktail shakers

I'm building a 69 Camaro which has the Detroit Speed subframe connectors. Has anyone left off their cocktail shakers and noticed any difference in the ride?

Get rid of them. Your frame connectors and solid bushings are doing way more then your cocktail shakers ever did. Loose the 100 LBS

They are nothing but a boat anchor...the original body flexed so much that they were needed to dampen out the lack of stiffness in the body.

I have DSE everything and the car handles like its on rails and is extremely stiff, great ride too!!

Like Frank said sell them and don't look back, just make sure at a minimum you get the subframe connectors.
