I have a 1968 camaro with a zz430 clone (fastburn heads hot cam).
I was going with a 3" exhaust kit with the super 40s. From what I have read a 2.5 flowermast kit would be better. What are the best headers for my engine?[/B] The best bang for my buck and where to I find them?

You are probably close to needing 1-3/4 headers, but for price you might want to stick with 1-5/8, the're dirt cheap. Flip through a Summit or Jegs, you'll find alot of options out there. In fact, I have a set in my garage I no longer need, but the're not ceramic coated. Spend the extra for ceramic if you can- it's worth it.
