I have installed a vintage air system on my 67 Chevelle that has a 2006 LS2 with a Front Runner serpentine system on it. Can anyone confirm for me which water pump fiiting ids the pressure side, the small one closest to the engine or the larger one closest to the radiator?

The -10 hose goes from the compressor to the evaporator, the -8 hose goes from the compressor to the top of the condensor, the -6 hose goes from the bottom of the condenser to the evaporator.

Thanks, but I need the heater core info, it sounds like you have the air conditioner part of the system. There is a control valve on the heater portion of the system that needs to be in the pressure line from the water pump and I,m getting mixed advice on which is the pressure and which is the return.

I think this question is about the heater hoses. As far as I know the 3/4" hose is the return. The 5/8" hose is the pressure side.

Don's right: smaller is pressure, larger is return. Just fyi, it's an easy task to pull the factory nipples out and tap the casting for pipe threads. No re-drilling required.

I did that, I put AN fittings in and they look real nice.
