My build has been a comedy of errors: install, take a part, intall, take a part. Install wrong part, take a part, install part backwards, take apart..etc, etc.
SOOOOoooo I decided to try and square up my subframe today (67 Camaro) using a plum line. I dropped it through the front holes on the sub where the bumper bracket mounts and the rear holes where the rear bumper mounts....
Measured the "X" points FR to RL, FL to RR and the measurements:
172 11/16 FR to RL
172 11/16 FL to RR
Is it possible that the car gods have smiled on me for all my bloody knuckles and frustration??
Would you guys trust it?
