i am by far no expert, and am sure you can but the car is almost out of paint jail and to be honest i like to change things up every so often, so if i was to paint a design scheme on and in 2 years get tired of it then i have to have it done all over again. where with decals i can just heat them up and peel them off lol. thanks guys sorry for the confusion-dom
try http://www.decalfx.com/ I think they can custom make anything

Just be warned that the paint under the decals will fade at a much slower rate than the rest of the paint on the car. Which means, when you get tired of the decals and peel them off, chances are there will be a ghost of the decal still on the car, which is usually impossible to remove without repainting. This is especially true with freshly painted vehicles.
