New here from Indianapolis,
I have a 93 Reg cab short box s10 that I am setting up to run autox with. Here is what I have so far
Motor: 305
Carburetor: edelbrock 600cfm but am going back to a tbi setup. All I need to get is the adapter for the 4 barrel manifold, then I just have to tune for my motor. I have already done the ultimate tbi mods so it would just be a bolt on and tune affair.
Intake: edelbrock performer
Heads: 416 cast 305 heads fully ported z28 valve springs and 1.5 roller rockers
Camshaft: summit 1102 - Gonna switch to an 1103 when I get the set of 062 vortec heads milled down to fit the 305
headman shortys
jegs dual exhaust kit
Currently has a nv3500, but am swapping to a rebuilt/upgraded camaro w/c t5 in a few weeks hopefully ( I hate the gearing and shifter placement of the nv3500)
Rear is a 3.42 posi 8.5 from an '01 blazer extreme
4 wheel disc brakes gonna be doing the ls1 camaro front brakes soon also
tires are currently bfg comp ta's on a set of 16" Ronal R9's, but they are getting replaced soon.
The truck is now gutted and weighs 2825lbs with me in it.
My current suspension is 2" drop spindles with a pair of new
4 cylinder s10 springs on stock upper and lowwer control arms. But I am going tubular with tall upper and lower ball joints with the 2" spindles and would like to go the coil over route someday.
In the rear I am just running 3" belltechs currently and have not really made many plans for the rear, yet!!
