Yeah, it's coming my way too (NE Ohio), though it will likely lose a lot of it's steam(?) by the time it hits us. The good news is a string of at fifties is right behind it so the snow won't last long. Makes me want to pack up and head west every year though.

Damn, that sucks. It was about 84 here on Wednesday, and for the past two days it's been in the low fifties and raining like crazy, but no snow.

WOW....did we dodge a bullet!!!!
Me and the family flew into Phoenix here yesterday evening.
It's 83 right now with blue skies and I'm typing this in my swim trunks.
We'll be here all week and from what I hear by the time we get back it should be back in the 60's.
What can I say....it's all about being in the right place at the right time.
Careful shoveling that snow fellas. Don't hurt yourselves. :lmao:

Here is what I think about that :moon:
It was 90 in Austin yesterday and in the 40s when I got home tonight.

When I was younger I had a friend who kept saying If we f@#$%d with the enviroment the weather would be unpredictable and we would see all kinds of fires, earthquakes, tornadoes and tsunamis on the news. He also told us everyone would have a personal computer someday! boy was he crazy!

Well, if we have to have it at least it's not sticking. They say we've had about three inches so far but it melts as soon as it hits. Tomorrow is supposed to be 51, then high fifties, followed by sixties near the weekend. Look like all we're getting is a little inconvenience, and some much needed watering for my landscaping. April showers ued to mean a wet soggy month, no it's just a bucket of water dumped once in a while.

This would have been a real mess if the ground had still been cold! It snowed hard all day Sat. & Sun. with most of it melting as it hit the ground Sat. It did do some accumulating during the night and all day yesterday. We had about 5 inches on the deck railing yesterday afternoon as I was putting out the trash.
The drive to Troy this morning was interesting in seeing the varying amounts of accumulation. Northern oakland county had almost 10" of white stuff on the ground and that dwindles to around 2-3 as I got down to Big Beaver Rd.
Like Todd said it sounds like most of it will be gone today or tomorrow.

We ended up with about 1/4" of snow on saturday night. It snows every year in April so I have been waiting for this. Your right though, it was 85 here about a week ago. Now in another week or so it will be 80 again. Typical for Michigan. It was easily 25degrees with the wind chill. I heard Detroit was going to get 6"-8" on saturday.

I woke up to green grass, and the only hints of snow being a little left on the windshields of the cars. It was windy and a little chilly when I took the dog out,, but no wthe sun is out and it's already warming up. The forecast gets warmer everytime they come on, and now the steet sweeper is back out finishing what he started last week. Just make my heart warm :) We must be really bored from a long, cold, white, winter - we're still talking about the weather on a car forum.
