My name is Joe. I'm a 17 year old kid building a 72 camaro with a 2004 gto ls1 with a procharger. As I learned the gto bracket doesn't work as it hits the control arm and keeps the blower to low. So has anyone had any success with another bracket other than the transplant bracket? And my second question is here is the diagram of the transplant bracket itself
http://www.procharger.com/pdf/SERPENTINE_LSx.pdf (http://www.procharger.com/pdf/SERPENTINE_LSx.pdf)

Is there any company that sells a bracket to put the alternator where the a/c is and the a/c compressor where the alternator is? I ask this because the a/c compressor doesn't clear the k member on the stock chassie and i refuse to notch it.

Thank you for your help,
Joe

Aces just did a 2nd gen with a GTO motor and ran into a bunch of bracketry fitment issues. He can probably help you with some advice
