My body man wants to use dupont paints, but I have already had the car blasted and coated with DPLF PPG eopoxy primer. Will that pose any problems to scuff and move forward with Dupont products?

you should have absolutely no problems, as long as the epoxy had enough time to cure

I had read where some guys say that you don't want your epoxy scuffed prior to beginning your body work, so they said if it has been more that seven days and you have some spotting to do you should scuff the whole thing once all the metal work is done and give the whole car a fresh coat and then come over it with your high build primer within the timeframe for topcoating. Is that right or is it okay to scuff the epoxy and start with high build?

Depending on how long the epoxy has had to cure, it's good to give it another coat of epoxy before the 2k to help adhesion.
