Hi, I'm curious as to what changes in weight distribution you estimate will take place when one performs the following tasks:

1) Moves the battery to trunk.

2) Moves a Procharger head unit from the cylinder head to the crank.

3) Adds another Procharger unit along side the one already on the crank.

4) Remove an existing A/A intercooler and large Becool radiator from stock location and replace with a pair of 12x12x2 radiators further back from the core support?

Similar to but not exactly the same as any of these examples??

Lotta variables left open there, man. Do you know your current corner weights, or a total vehicle weight and overall weight distribution? The effect on a 2200 pound car is going to be very different than on a 4200 pond car...

I have a odd second Gen 1977 Camaro, all steel except for the fiberglass hood. It has C&C T Tops. Is has no big bumpers or the supports front or back. No back seats, Carbonfibre racing buckets for the passenger and driver. Stock centre console, door and rear panels, carpets, dash and steering wheel. Aluminium everything except the block. Stock style fuel tank, tubular suspension up front, stock style leaves in the rear. Stock chassis rails and a 12 bolt.

I guess it weighs 3400lbs as a conservative estimate..

I was wondering if the centre of gravity would be lower with the blowers hanging of the crank as opposed to the cylinder head.

And if the battery relocation along with the radiator relocation would offset the gear drive extending some 18" from the front of the block to the front of the blower outlets.

Each blower as a guess weighs about 20lbs. May the same again for the gear drive mechanism.

The battery 42.5 lbs and the radiator good knows when its full???

I've added a spreadsheet (Page 44) which provides the new wheel loads and CG height when a component is moved, lightened, or deleted:

Hi, I'm curious as to what changes in weight distribution you estimate will take place when one performs the following tasks:

1) 1% rearward, maybe a little more.

2) negligible.

3) maybe 1/2% forward.

4) ???

Can't see the examples yet (work internet filters).
