Fair price, 69 Camaro Houndstooth install?

What's a fair price to re-do a 69 Camaro interior in a white houndstooth? I've found the kits for a little over a grand but what's a fair assessment of what it will cost to have it installed?

I got quoted $2500 to install a complete kit in my 68'. That is with me buying the kit! So the quote was for labor only. I thought that was crazy??? Then again, I live in Hawaii and there are not many good places to have your interior done, and this guy was supposedly the best.

when we used to do interior, it was under $1,000 to install everything.

What is in your car now ? Do you have standard or deluxe ? If you are also putting deluxe door panels in to go with deluxe seats and you had standard door panels you will need different window regulators and door latches. Springs and foams are also different between standard and deluxe seats.
