What are your thoughts on thise?

I have had several wheel sites say a wheel with a 5x120mm will fit fine on a 5x4.75" (which is 120.65mm) bolt pattern car.

What are your thoughts?

.65mm is not much .025". Probably that much slop in old wheels, and more in the old uni lug wheels I am sure.

I wish i knew what was actually dont to these wheels, but i can try to describe it the best i can.

The wheels aparently had 1 hole elongated, and then the rest of the circle "centered" on that one hole. What i actually see in the wheel, are these sort of "black rubbery" inserts in each hole.

The wheels were manufactured in Belgium, and are sort of a "one off" piece built for a show car BMW. They were modified by the previous owner who travels to Europe to work on his Trans Am. I bought them to use on my trans am. I used Doreman extended studs to make em work on my car. Used for about 2 years with no issues.

I read the thread about combined stress analysis, and the finite element analysis, and i doubt my wheels experienced that, i didnt have to fight to put them on the studs.
