This can be moved if needed but I wanted everyone to know.

The event April 17th and 18th is a go and there is plenty of places to fill for anyone who wants to attend so far.

So if it isn't snowing , those who want to brave the cool spring weather can do as they may.

I will be looking to ride with anyone with an open seat for Saturday if the Cormaro isn't quite ready yet. I may sign up for Sunday to get practice but I definately want to go for some time around the track to get familiar with what is ahead at each turn.

I look forward to seeing everyone who is going !!!!

Would I be totally out of place bringing my 92 up there for this?
Bone stock 305/auto but she's purdy! I'd just love to take it around a famed track like that.
Plus I'm in Northern Illinois so it's rather close for me. : )

It's an f body event of coarse you have a place. Nice 92 I might add. I love em in blue!

Don't be shy about it, you can have all the fun you want for the $$$$ and that is all it takes other than showing up and a helmet.

Must have Helmet. The 1 thing on my list to get very soon !!!!

Here is the dilemma. I am paid for this event and would much rather run the May Optima deal. I am trying to see if I can sell my entry to the MFBA weekend. I don't think I will be able to do both. Got to keep mama a little happy.

I could meet you halfway on that since it is about fun and not competing. That way we could both get practice for the May event as the mighty Schwartz has spoken. We could both get a whole weekend for half the cost. Seat time is seat time whether it be in the driver or passenger side, and if we do it right we could be in different groups and get 2 cars worth of time around the track making it 4 days worth of time.

It's all about the weather for me and that is why I hesitated to sign up to begin with. When the May event showed up it made me feel like I still had a chance to have the same fun there. Now another door has opened and that is what friends helping friends can do. Lots more options with friends. Maybe someone else can pick up the other day from you?

I keep hoping for no snow ,as it is the one thing that would have stopped me even if I had paid. I won't risk driving around springtime idiots on the way there and back that want to prove they can race or prove something to themselves by passing a Camaro while I am using my head to be as safe as possible.

Send me a pm with your number so we can talk easier and plan.

You don't need any practice, I don't want you to practice ,more practice for you just isn't fair.:seizure::rotfl:

Says the guy who has no one to answer to...:poke: If Jim wants to take one of my days it might help me sell it at home. Also, if someone buys my 12 bolt, I won't have to go to Jefferson the week between.

I have posted elsewhere that I have no illusions that I could or would place well given all of you guys that will be there that are a lot more serious about it than I am.
