Oh yeah it just seems that what my grandfather , the farmer , used to say,,,, that weather cycles in 11 yrs cycles, and its pretty close since I remember the blizzard of 77/78 here in Indiana. I also noticed that the cycle seems to move a little east also.
Also since the weather has been ACTUALLY cooling every year for at least the last 10 years.
And this is a trend that will continue for at least another 5 to 10 yrs (cooling that is)!

Remember 1975. It was ONLY 35 Years AGO.
Read the following and replace the words Ice age and Global Cooling with the words Global warming. It look like Plagiarism.

The man that first came up with global warming turned around and says we are going toward an ice age.
The man who wanted to tax the air we breath used the fear of global warming to make carbon dioxide a harmful gas and did just that.
Always leave it to fear to bring out the ways to gain control over anyone instead the positive approach to find ways to benefit from it. When you have more snow you make more ice to keep the food from spoiling, when you have more green grass and more heat and sunshine you grow food. That is what we have done for years without fear of starving. We now call animals and plants that feed us part of the problem. Where did these thoughts come from?
I had a dream this morning that it rained and all the snow melted overnight and my drive and streets were clear and I could pull my car out.Bad news was it was flooded everywhere and we were all too busy cleaning it up to go for a drive.
We also had one the coolest summers on record last year, but hey the revolution won't revolve around the sun only ,it has revolve around us!

You have the problem of science wrapped up in the opinions of confused plagurism and you are correct!!
Sad thing is these days, most people can't remember yesterday much less last year. We rely on the news media to keep us up to date as to what to think today instead of remembering and thinking for ourselves.

Global Warming?
The last two winters have been real cold in my area, & we have gotten more snow that we have had for at least the last 7 or 8 years.

I watched an hour long show on discovery channel (I think) on how we are going to be entering a long cooling period. It showed how long cool periods often follow short warming spells. IIRC they said that is what killed the vikings that made it to North America. it got cold.

Thinking that we can stop global warming with legislation is ludicrous. It's like thinking you can stop a tornado or a hurricane. All you can do is prepare for the worst. We are wasting precious time and money thinking we can stop it instead of preparing for what is to come whether it be global warming or an ice age. I sure am glad they invented heat and air conditioning but that will soon be outlawed to stop global warming:lmao:
It has the liking to a joke I read in the funny thread here the other day when the DEA agent wanted to search the mans land and the man told him he could go anywhere he wanted but he shouldn't go into the field over yonder. DEA agent told him he had a badge that says he can go anywhere he wants to. When the man saw the agent running from his bull that was going to catch him before he reached the fence the man yelled "SHOW HIM YOUR BADGE"
You just can't stop some things or people even with logic or knowledge and mother nature is one of them!!!!

check this:
Those temperature swings up and down are as obvoius as being a natural cycle as politics going from the left or the right and from tyrany to freedom. Now if they think man causes global warming do the political leaders and tyrants blame the weather for the political swings? And since we have freedom which way is the weather swinging it now :enguard::lmao:
It is more than obvious what is going on if you listen to the double talk and see your freedom slip away.

You need to come to Illinois and be here during a freezing rain storm. The picture showed snow which is kind of frozen rain but not like you say. Freezing rain in Ill. is very clear and appears like icicles on everything and the roads don't get white from it they get black ice you can't see. Your car will get frozen shut and it will still look the color it is.
That snow in Hawaii probably lasted a few hours but it was as measureable as a small but brief snowfall in April here in Ill. that we still call measureable. It's not how long it last but rather how much it is there when it is measurable. All it had to do is be there for a minute once it stopped snowing to be measureable.
Now I can keep on wishing for that freezing rain because that is one of the signs of spring where I live. And if the crappy snow we get would melt as fast as it does in Hawaii we would have floods, but i still wish it would melt faster.
Now back to you Vince....... as we go to commercial
