Transportation NY to Philly

Ok So I bought a new convertible frame for my chevelle last week with the intention of picking it up over the weekend. The 2 feet of snow we got on saturday killed those plans and the 2 feet we are expecting tomorrow will kill this weekend. Since I have to work almost every weekend after that for the next month or so I am trying to figure out what options I would have to get the frame shipped to me. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get it shipped for fairly cheap?

maybe one of my friends that has a day off would be able to do it. what are the exact locations?

It's in Shirley NY (long Island) I live in Downingtown, but could also have it delivered to Quakertown.
