Hi everyone, I've been trying to absorb as much info as I can but need some help hashing things out.

I just picked up some LS1 front and rear brakes the other week junkyarding. Currently I am running the B-body (1LE) setup that I have had for some time, this was the only budget option around back when I started with this car (almost ten years). I don't have any specific issues with it, however I bought some 17" Budniks from Paradise Road on here when they were running a special. Now I think the car looks a little goofy with the cast piston and the Al drums.

As I understand it I can run the LS1's on my original spindle, but I like how the car handles now with the improved geometry from the Hotckis A Arms. What are my options for running the original spindles? I also have a set of 98+ Blazer disc's with the sealed hub, I think that's suppose to be a tall spindle, is that right? Is there a benefit to running the LS1 brakes on the Blazer spindle?

As you can tell I am all over the place with which direction to go and I'm trying to keep costs down. I have 3 g-body's so I wouldn't mine having different setups on them.

Some details:
79 Malibu
17's
Hotchkis upper A-arms
B-body 1Le brake upgrade
Hotchkis springs all around and sway bars

I also have an 80 malibu awaiting a 454/th400 transplant also. I have an extra set of LS1 front disc possibly for it as well.

Sorry for the long post, thanks for any help.

Here's a pic of the car currently.
