rally wheel center caps? options?

I have blacked out rally rims on my 68 camaro and the lugs are exposed... I really love the look of the blacked out rally rims but I want to cover the center part of the rim( where the dust cap on the front is and on the back as well) but I DONT want to cover the lugs... They look really good against the blacked out wheels so does anybody sell low profile caps that will cover this area on the rally wheels? Would like to have it chrome to match the lugs or maybe I paint it black..

Also, I have long studs on the rear of the car and am looking to see if they make a long acorn lug? Any ideas?

Could you modify a late 80's early 90s Chevy truck or Caprice cover? They used an open ended lug with a step to hold down a plstic cover. A little spray on Chrome, or keep it natural black.
