How do I resize pics everything I have is too big? They came off my digital camera but there all over 1mb so there too big to use in VB garage and my avitar

Likely your camera came with software to modify and resize the images... something like Photoshop or similar. You'll want to open the pic with the application and choose the resize option (typically in the edit menu).
If you don't have software like that but you're running a Windows based PC, you can use Paint (click the Start bar, click Programs, click Accessories, click Paint).
