With these simple drill fixture plates it will be easy to relocate the upper arm for that famous "Shelby drop". This piece simply bolts up to the stock location with the arrow forward then drill out the lower holes. Moving the upper arm down and slightly back improves the geometry of the front end. This is a simple performance upgrade that has been popular since these cars first hit the road.

Jason,

An idea for the jig would be to make the new holes in the jig smaller for the pilot hole; maybe 1/8". At least thats what I did when I made my jig.

Very cool though!

funny you say that,

The one I originally made and designed is for the .095 holes for a simple punch. After talking to some they had asked about using a 1/2" drill bit instead of a punch.

I will make both, only takes about 30 seconds to draw up and have laser cut. :)

I like the small hole better, That way I can stepup the drill bit sizes and get a better hole.

Aren't lasers fun. I love being able to design with a laser on hand.
