leaf spring clamps??

I have taken the leaf springs completely apart and am going to have them sand blasted and then I will repaint them. There was a band clamp on each spring that I had to cut off. Any idea where I can buy these? I assume they need to be there?

i made some out of 1" by 1/8" stainless strap and sandwiched the spring. One on top one on bottom with a fastener on either side of the spring.
