Those look like bad photoshop jobs.
Especially the pastels. They look like they came from a cross between Madmax and Waterworld. At least they would float.

Hey Frank :spank2: That's for just posting such mess. :lmao:
I know there has to be a reason they mount the cooler outside and run the lines like they do, I just can not figure out why? I hope nothing seen here gets copied.

Maybe some of those ideas would be better incorporated into the duck-boats.

There was a post a long time ago that had this same "car show" but at night, it was pretty crazy. Search this site and some of the other car sites and you should find it.

I'm actually sorry to say that i've seen cars just like those back when I was stationed on Okinawa for a couple of years. They have some SCARY looking stuff over there. Though it doesn't run quite as rampant on Okinawa as it does up on the main island of Japan.

Doesn't anybody "get it?" These cars are those Shogun transformer cars that become robots right before Godzilla arrives.

Wow.
Did anyone else notice that there doesn't appear to be any tires on the wheels in this pic? The white body being visible through the wheelwell is a nice touch as well.

I think these cars are trying to make it into the japanese version of Mad Max starring Jackie Chan & Chris Tucker.....Daaaaaaaaaaammmmmmmm.

I think it is an ongoing joke about the current import scene in america. They are making fun of americans and what they do to their cars.

I did not see that. I guess my eyes were locked on that rear spoiler. Now that you said something though and I did look, I really like the way the covered up the rear door.you almost don't notice it. :lmao:

Are they for a movie? Are they replicas of something in a cartoon? Do they put LSD in the sapporo beer? It has to be a goof.

The more I look at them, the more I see things that look like they're photoshops - not the least of which is that there's about 10 pics in a row that all have the same wheel.
I hope they're photoshops, anyway.

I don't know what has me laughing harder, the comments or the cars. Unfortunately, like Flyboy said, in Okinawa whoooooaaaa....you do see some freaky cars. The other weird thing is, it seems like almost Everybody drives something modified. From compacts to minivans....nothing is sacred.
What a great joke! Now I get it. They trash their cars to make fun of those goofy Americans! :lmao: That's funny, I don't care who you are!

derekf, I think you are right about the photo shop. the wing above on the white car would tear off or lift the front of the car off the ground on the highway. I give the asians credit they made a sport out of doing donuts and its awesome. all these years i could have said "but officer, I am DRIFTING! "
