Problem with Keisler RTTH video help?

I've been out of town and just got around to play the video.
It loads and startes to play. I get as far as the menue.
I can select anything item and it just hangs the hourglass comes up and task manager shows it's running . But almost no cpu usage.

I have the same problem at the same point regardless of player used i.e.GOM, WINDOWS MEDIA, REAL, ECT. I have already checked for the latest driver & codecs. I'm out of bright ideas.
I would gladly take any suggestions

Hmmm,, does it work in a DVD player hooked to a TV?

Just get in touch with Shafi and I'm sure he'll get you sorted out or send a new one.... He loves his video and cameras and I'm 100% sure he'll have the answer or a new one on the way out to you in half a heart beat....
