700-R4 Rebuild Manual

Can anybody recommend a rebuild manual for the 700-R4 Trans? I've found a few but without putting my hands on it, I have know idea how thorough it is.

I found the ATSG manual for the 200-4R to be pretty thorough. (At least for my simple brain! :bsjerk:)

Thanks for the info. I have read a little info on those manuals. Just wanted some opinions bofore I spent money on a manual that wasn't very informative. I would rather buy the right one the first time.
