I'm trying to design an LS1 extension harness for remote coils for a friend on another board but I'm not sure if the grey 7/8 pin connector going to the four coils is a Metri Pack 150 or 280. Does anyone know if the pins on the connector are 1.5 or 2.8mm wide?
This is not the connector going to the individual coils. It is the connector that connects each bank of cylinders.

I've got 4 of those connectors in my inventory, and I just checked them. It's an MP 150 with the 1.5mm pins (that's actually redundant, lol).

Thanks. It is good to know where to get them if I need them. Are the left and right connectors the same and do you carry the male and female connector for making extension cables?

Left and right are the same. I've got the white male connectors, but not the black female.
The best place to pick up stuff like this is at Ballenger Motorsports:

I've checked the part numbers and I thnk www.mouser.com (http://www.mouser.com) carries too for a pretty decent price. This is where I get most of my Delphi parts.
[LEFT]MP 150 7 pin Male Body: 12047933
MP 150 7 pin Female Body: 12047938
Male TPA 15324525
Female TPA 12066304
Male Pins 18 – 20 Gauge 12045773
Female Pins 16 – 20 Gauge 12048074
Cable Seals 15324974 or 15324976
thanks a bunch for the help!

They are excellent to work with and have the best on-line ordering process I've ever seen. Best part is they deal on large and small volume.
Below is the drawing for the extention harness. The parts for the connectors are all available from Mouser and will set you back about $20 for all the parts for the left and right bank plus $5 for 16 - 18 gauge wire.
The only thing I'm not 100% sure of is if they are exactly the same connector the factory used. If they are, you will not have to disassemble the factory connector. If they are not, then the drawing is correct.
