Well guys, I am a Certified Master Technician and I gotta be honest, buying tools is one perk of the job AND I know tools.
I am also a Advanced Level Tech too so I have lots of diagnostic tools also.
Well I guess buying tools is fun, expensive but fun.
Well I get something back from the tool people.
I bought a product called Phoenix Injector back in the 90s, well after a time it has wear, it needs rebuilt, well no more parts, its been replaced with better item.
Well I was making do with old one and customer comes in and old Injector was put into play for bleeding the car with VERY bad brake fluid.
The car went from nearly unstoppable to perfect brakes.
Well Snap On truck comes, and I decide to upgrade for better, newer with repair parts available.
$305 later I have a new Max Ject Pro and other than one return for a bad seal and they simply send a new one, and I send old one back, it has been flawless except the vinyl hoses get stiff after a while, but local hardware store has been useful for replacement.
Well now, few years ago I wrote them asking for stickers for race cars, and brag about my tool and its ability to make me money.
Well I got new info, got some stickers and was looking at other tools they have to work with the tool.
Well I get an email the other day that I am asked if they can use my picture and my email in there new manual, and for that I'll get a new Maxpro (http://www.brakebleeder.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2&products_id=13) and new one has a holder for a flashlight and looks to be updated ergonomically.
So new pics and a email saying its fine for them to use my pic and old email.

Ill post up pics if/when the new tool shows up and you guys can also look at the diy kits for bleeding your cars for less. And also these would make it much easier to bleed your brakes before and after autocrossing and racing too.
Great tools and the ability to bleed systems so fast is well worth the cash laid out.

Congrats Lee! My mighty vac got damaged and I do a lot of fluid changes, I think I'll try out one of their DIY models when I install my new Baers.

Sir you wont have big issues if you do reverse bleeding.
What I do when installing new parts and lines is Ill bleed or fill my calipers and wheel cylinders, then attach lines and reverse bleed up to master cylinder, I bleed my master cylinders backwards, then use plug fittings to make sure my master is bled.
I then simply have hlper or my Phoenix Injector to pressurize the master from insidewith brake lines only open one turn at master cylinder, then tighten lines and test.
Eliminating air isnt hard if you think in fluid dynamics rather than doing it the old fashion way.
Also if you can make a sealed master cylinder lid, if you rods course or autocross and get brakes hot you can reverse bleed back to the master cylinder and have lid hooked to a canister to catch old fluid, makes very short work of bleeding brakes.
And fluid is made to release backwards easy so reverse bleeding makes it so easy, and if you have hydraulic clutch it makes an easy bleed too.
I am thinking of doing some videos of proper and easy ways to service a car and post them somewhere for fellow pro-touring and car people.
Wonder if it would be useful or waste of time?
