hi

I was told to use the stock 68-72 booster and use a 2000 s10 master? how can that work? the rod on the booster that drives the cylinder in the master is at least 2" to long. if you look at a booster from a s10 it has a small little "nipple" (lol) that drives the master cylinder.

1.) Can u still use the 68-72 booster? if i would cut that shaft down? idk if that would still work? wouldn't that change the depth of the pedal?

2.) Does the 67-69 z28 camaro booster have a short plunger? if it did could i use that?

can you use camaro master from like a 98-02 or 93-97? I notice some people used a 95 camaro master and booster for a 67-69 camaro with a c4 conversion.

3.) If i had to use a late model booster.. would i be better off using a camaro booster from 93 to 02? If i did use one.. it looks to be a challange to mount up and get the "right angle"

4.) another ? is why a s10 master? If there brakes are to small to did a conversion?

Anyone have ideas on what to use or problem fix?

thanks

its what worked in the past before the correct stuff was discovered.

the 98-02 booster master set up works very well. https://www.pro-touring.com/forum/showthread.php?t=37217

I use the master and booster kit from Master Power. MPbrakes.com and just specify disc disc combo valve.

Look to Korbin at Kore3 for other options. https://www.pro-touring.com/forum/private.php?do=newpm&u=4209
