Best choice?

I'm currently trying to accurately plan out my '69 Camaro before I start restoring it. It currently is a non A/C car, but I would like to add it. The dash's condition is not that great, so if I can find a good deal on one I would probably chuck it and install a new one. My question for all of you is, should I get an A/C dash, and if so, what would be required to get the A/C working (modification to the firewall, etc.)? Or, should I just find another non-A/C dash and install a different Vintage Air kit?

Also, what Vintage Air kit would you recommend, and should I use the FrontRunner kit? I'm leaning towards it.
