possible cheap source for narrowed 9" rears

anyone know anything about taylor dunn electric carts. we have them @ work and ive crawled under them and i sear they use 9" ford rear ends in them. can this be? anyone have info on these carts.

are you sure they are 9 inchers? They could be the 8 inch rear, which looks similar. An easy way to tell the difference is that a ratchet will fit on the bottom 2 bolts of the center chunk on an 8, but not a 9.

look to be 9" to me, the center section covers the bottom bolt, wrench/ ratchet test.
just wondering what kind of internals they have or where to score one.
