the first thing i decided when i started my build was that i`d be spending a lot of time underneth the car scraping underseal off and repairing rust... neither of which sounded fun lying on the floor..
so...
i found some 80x80x6mm box at work (sorry ... erm... 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 x 1/4 inch wall box) and made couple of T`s

a friend of mine "found" some castors... when i say found i think there might well be an industrial "wheely-trash-can" somewhere thats missing its wheels but for the price of a few beers i didn`t ask...
i then cut a a couple of bits of box... 2 1/2 x 1 1/2 x 1/8th wall from memory to fix to the shell and welded some 1 1/2dia solid bar to rotate on...
theres a bit of 2 x 2 x 1/8th box between them also thats removeable.....

if i`m honest the cars a bit "roof heavy" but the pivot point was a toatl guess and its still possible to rotate the car on your on ithout too much effort..
until a few months ago i was using an old tow rope to lock the car in position but then my dad said he wanted it back so i had to make a few mods...
a local laser profiling company cut out a disc from 3/8th plate which i bolted to the front cross bearer i just tapped all the holes M12.. er... 1/2" unf would be your equivalent i guess... and put a rose jointed bar to the the upright...

the good thing is once finished the whole thing can be unbolted and it sits flat against the workshop wall....
cheers for looking
