Have visited the site many times before for research but finally joined! A little about my car...it is a 72 Camaro that I owned years ago, sold to my Dad who back-halved the car, after his passing a couple years ago I got the car back and wanted something I could drive to car shows, etc. That's when I was turned onto the pro-touring look and was hooked. I will post pictures later of my project but it has been converted back to a street car with Heidt's front and rear suspension, DSE minitubs, subframe connectors and roll bar, an LS1 from a 2000 Corvette and some minor body mods. Look forward to getting other ideas from the site!

I will need to figure out how to best get more pics loaded but here are a few of where it was when I got it back, where it's been and where it is now...it is currently being blocked and prepped for paint.

Welcome to Pro-Touring.com! I'm only about 1.5 hrs from STL. I get over there a few times a year during the car shows, drag races, and when I hit the U-Pull-It yards.
Nice project!

Hi Carter - Love your work! I'm in Ballwin but have family down your way (off Susan and Telegraph) so I'm down there pretty often.
The entire build is being done by Morfab Customs http://www.morfabcustoms.com/ in Union, MO.

Thanks for the welcome! Keep an eye on my progress and hopefully we run into each other at a show this summer.

Most definately! I've got a build thread on here of my 86 Cutlass but progress is painfully slow... LOL
Looks like there's more people from the STL area than I thought there was! Cool...

Thanks Tony. I see you own mac-ink. I have one of your business cards laying around at home. Must of picked it up at a car show this past year. You're in Washington, right? Keith has been great to work with. I'll get a thread going on the build once we start getting into the "fun" stuff. Pics of bodywork just aren't that exciting!

He won't be disappointed. Keith started in hot rods and has branched out to muscle cars, but hot rods are his speciality.
