that's what I was thinking, I'm sure it wasn't the 1st time he attempted a 'burnout'. the clutch was already destroyed.

I've seen a clutch grenade on a C6 and literally cut the car in half. Almost took the dudes legs off. The floor on the cars are thin and I would not be messing around like that. Car was totalled and I'm not sure what ever happened with insurance but I know it was painful.

I've replaced 3 or 4 clutches on C6s. $600 aint gonna cut it :)
