Looks like a TV show.. complete with product spots. lol

But there are some cool optima shots and those Radicals are super cool.

I met the comentator Matt at The Bull Run, he was covering the event for Black Magic. He clearly knows nothing about cars, has a young MTVish style on camera, but when you talk to him in person he seems like a ok guy. I would not be surprised if more video from them pops up.

Seriously though, we should all take the opportunity to invite him to our events and see what we're all about... I think he might be a little surprised and may even really enjoy reporting about the "ultimate street car" experience if he had a chance to be there.... He was a guest of Optima, and has owned a bunch of off road pickup trucks over the years, - later model stuff, he has not built any of them himself, he has low mechanical skills and admits it. He has been trying to do a little more of his own work lately, but knows his limitations. I don't think he understands our cars at all, but at least he was exposed to them at this event. Pretty good video, probably entertaining to most people, - some of his comments did rub me the wrong way too, - he's coming from a whole different angle than how we see things.

This guy has decent exposure to most new car topics, but is really a hack. He used to be the head guy on Garage 419, which was basically the Matt Farah show which is now the Smoking Tire.



What got me was the amount of outright misinformation. Sticking out in particular:

- The FFR car did not break a suspension part because it turned right, it broke because it went for an offroad excursion after carrying too much speed

- The Barry's speedshop car is a Le Mans, not a GTO.

- The Cobra was not "all original"
