how can they auction off his collection if he hasn't been found guilty yet? what if he's found innocent. by law that means the money/cars are his.

I lost a lot of money from this guy. I should be able to pick out what I want but it doesn't work that way. He is very guilty and has been convicted of this in other states before.

i don't doubt he's guilty, but he hasn't been proven to be guilty, and in this country...
honestly i'm surprised you can't sue or that they don't compensate you with the proceeds.
