Okay, like most of us, I have a very specific vision for my ride. Unfortunately, it involves the wheels pictured below...I can't get the black-barreled ones out of my head. Here are my problems: 1.) They only make these to fit exotics. 2.) They're only offered in 19" and up anyway 3.) Anything remotely similar to these that I've found are also manufactured for various high-end imports and offered in 19" and up. 4.) Having considered SIMILAR wheels, I find that even the alternatives are only offered in 19" and up -OR- 18" and lower. :hammer: I have a 5X5 bolt pattern and I'd like to stagger 19" in the rear and 18" in the front...obviously it would be nice if they matched! :) ANYBODY HAVE AN IDEA WHERE I CAN FIND A WHEEL SIMILAR TO THIS THAT IS GOING TO FIT, BARRING HAVING SOMETHING CUSTOM MANUFACTURED? I'll worry about backspacing, etc. when I find those elusive track shoes! Just want to find the style... Thanks in advance for all advice, opinions, and/or other interesting points!

Check out Feslers wheels. I think he has one similar to the one you like the 905.

I cannot think of anything that has that exact window in the spoke. I have multiple split 5 spoke available, but all all the spokes taper at the end of the spoke more then the wheel your showing. Also, keep in mind, that looks like a 22" wheel they are showing which is making that spoke more leggy then it will be on 18s and 19s. smaler wheels will make the spokes more compressed.

Like I said, we have multiple split 5s and have no problem with black barrels, 2 tones, etc.

For 3 piece wheels we carry that offer split 5s Check out:

Thanks so much for the other options. I've been reseaching wheels for awhile and it gets overwhelming. You forget what you've already seen, etc. I really dig those Forgelines, but I still like the SLIGHT taper of the Aiconas and the weird hexnut pattern. I'll check out the others as soon as I can carve out another minute!

the 914s and the 905s look pretty similar, and of course you can get them coated how ever you want.

I love the FS 914s, AJ! I thought they looked A LOT like the Asanti wheels I'd found before but weren't offered in anything less than a 20" ...then I saw that Fesler and Asanti have joined forces and it appears, according your link, that they offer these in 18s and 19s. BRILLIANT! Thanks so much for that info...I'd actually had those marked 2nd behind the Aiconas (dog-eared a couple of pages from the 2009 Wheel and Tire Guide).

I carry several brands. This one by Cor Forged, the "Brava" has a similar technical look to it, with a lot of angles. It can be ordered with a black hoop. I can find out if they will make 18s for you.

Here's a Boze Tach we set up for one of our Pro-Touring customers.
They look Killer.
Also check our our wheel image gallery for some ideas. All the wheel lines we carry are also on our website. Pricing is too.

Those CORs are alright, but I like a little more meat to the center. I could probably photoshop that pic and make them perfect with a few small mods! Thanks, though...I've been on the COR site before. They actually have a 5 spoke (not split) that caught my eye at one point, but they needed that slight taper as well.

Keep in mind what Frank mentioned above. The exact same wheel model looks different when seen in different diameters. On an 18" wheel, the spokes look fatter - compared with the same wheel seen in a 20" version. That Cor posted above is most likely a 20" version.

Example, same wheel below shown in 18" vs 20"

You say you don't want a manufactured wheel. Any off the shelf wheel will most likely be one piece and won't be the backspacing you want. And lastly most one piece wheels are of the chinese variety and made for newer cars.

So custom is probably the only way to go. Then the limiting factor is price.

As far as a similar wheel. GFG has a few that are similar.
With some paint, you can make the Monteray have that split spoke look.
The Medallion is damn close
And the Baghdad is similar.

DOH! Most of those are no smaller than 19".

Thanks, NineBall...that is something to think about. As for "custom manufactured", I was expecting to have something relatively custom, I meant I didn't want to have one custom-milled via CAD and all that mess. I check out every wheel you guys mention, so Sniper, I'm on the case...but I still prefer the 18s on the front. ;) Thanks for the suggestions!
